PorchLight Finds is a family business built on second chances, unexpected discoveries, and a love for the hunt.

After my dad passed away, our family found ourselves looking for a way to help my mom move forward and find something that brought her joy and purpose again. Long before storage auctions became popular on TV, she loved buying storage units and uncovering hidden treasures. She enjoyed the mystery, the challenge, and the excitement of never knowing what might be waiting behind the next door.

So my son Joey and I jumped in to help.

We started buying storage units together, hauling everything back to Mom's house, sorting through boxes, researching items, cleaning treasures, and finding new homes for the things we discovered. What started as a way to spend time together and support our family quickly became something we genuinely loved doing.

As the business grew, so did our curiosity.

I introduced Mom to mystery boxes and liquidation pallets, opening up a whole new world of opportunities. Suddenly, the hunt wasn't limited to storage units anymore. We were finding unique products, hidden gems, useful everyday items, collectibles, gifts, home décor, and all kinds of unexpected treasures from a variety of sources.

That's how PorchLight Finds was born.

Today, we're still a three-generation family business. Every week brings something different. Some products come from storage unit finds. Some come from liquidation opportunities. Some come from mystery inventory. Others are sourced because we think they're simply too good not to share.

The one thing they all have in common is that they earned their place in our store.

We believe shopping should feel a little more like discovering and a little less like scrolling through the same products everyone else is selling.

And if you've spent any time browsing our collections, you've probably noticed something else.

There's always coffee.

That's because I'm a full-blown coffee addict. Coffee in the morning. Coffee while working. Coffee while sorting inventory. Coffee while listing products. If there's a coffee gadget, coffee gift, coffee-flavored treat, or anything remotely coffee-related, there's a good chance I convinced the family it belonged in the store.

Some people collect treasures.

I collect coffee.
